Kaligo is designed for iOS and Android tablets, and we recommend using a tablet with a stylus so your child can write comfortably and reproduce correct writing movements.

Kaligo is compatible with many tablets. The models we recommend simply provide the best experience for your child.

The login credentials are the ones you created when registering for Kaligo Family on our website.

Simply:

  • Log in to the Kaligo app with your parent account email and password.
  • Once logged in, select your child’s profile, and they can access the content.

👉 If you don’t have a Kaligo Family account yet, you can sign up in just a few clicks.

Kaligo Family is designed for children from age 3–4: those starting with their first strokes, beginning to write, read, and spell their first words, as well as older children who face difficulties with writing.
It helps all children learn writing and reading in a fun and progressive way, while allowing parents to easily track progress from the parent space.

Yes, it’s very simple 🙂
You can cancel your subscription with one click from your parent space.
If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won’t be charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Yes, it’s very easy 🙂
From your parent space (My Account), you can switch your subscription (monthly ↔ yearly) at any time, and increase or decrease the number of child profiles.
Changes are easy to manage and adapt to your needs. Depending on when you make the change, adjustments will take effect at the end of the current paid period.

Yes, you get a 7-day free trial, with no commitment. You can explore all features and then decide whether to continue.

Yes! You get reduced rates if you add 2 or 3 child profiles to your subscription.
Also, the annual subscription is more advantageous than the monthly plan, so you can enjoy Kaligo all year at a better price.

Your child can explore Kaligo in two ways:

  • Free mode: they can explore all types of exercises (drawing, colouring, graphism, writing, spelling…) at their own pace.
  • Lesson mode: guided sessions, specially designed for their age and level. Activities are progressive, supporting writing, reading, and spelling step by step.

Kaligo lets your child learn while having fun, while parents can track progress from the parent space.

Yes, your child’s safety and privacy are our top priorities

  • Data protection: all information is secure and processed according to GDPR.
  • No ads: your child is never exposed to advertising.
  • No external links: the app does not contain links to outside content, ensuring a safe environment focused on learning.

Your child can use Kaligo safely in a secure and age-appropriate environment.

To progress effectively while having fun, we recommend short sessions of 10–20 minutes at a calm time of day.
A few sessions per week are enough for your child to develop writing and reading skills in a playful and progressive way, without pressure.

Yes! The app is very intuitive, with many icons and visual cues that help your child choose sessions independently.
You can also join them to share a fun and playful moment while following their progress from the parent space.

Kaligo Family is designed for home use by parents (and their children!).

For classroom use or multiple students, we recommend Kaligo School, our version specifically designed for teachers, with tools to track multiple students, access a library of ready-to-use content, and create or customize sessions for each student’s needs.

From your parent space, you can easily track your child’s progress.
You have access to exercise replays, information on skills acquired, and a score chart showing their evolution in Kaligo.
This allows you to see their achievements, identify strengths and areas to work on, and track progress week by week with confidence.

Yes! Kaligo is designed with teachers and relies on scientific research in cognitive sciences and pedagogy.
Exercises support children in learning writing, reading, and spelling, in a progressive and playful way, while aligning with the skills targeted by school programmes.
The content evolves continuously to stay relevant and meet children’s needs.
